Are we not in the Generation of the
Church?
Matt 24:34
34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till
all these things be fulfilled.
Deut 1:35-40
35 Surely there shall not one of these men of this evil generation
see that good land, which I sware to give unto your fathers,
Parable of the wicked Generation
 | God does not "dwell" with them. |
| The queen of the south rises up, to hear their wisdom. |
| The Men of Ninevah condemn them. |
The PARALLEL Generation is that of Moses and the children of Israel, where their probation was a pronouncement of God's BREACH OF PROMISE (alienation, to refuse), where he refused them to "dwell" in the PROMISED land.
39 But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:
40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
41 The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.
42 The queen of the south {the great whore Mystery Babylon} shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.
43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.
44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.
45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.
{the wicked man = wicked generation, not filled with YHVH}
It is so wicked that Mystery Babylon rises up from it. That is to say the Generation of the Church.
The man that is cleaned of unclean spirits, pictures the church being cleansed at the preaching of Peter and Paul.
But what happens? Seven MORE wicked
spirits enter in and dwell there.
Therefore,
7 x 70 = 490 YEARS, one generation for a church.

| If "that
man" of Matthew 12 represents this church generation, who rejected
the Kingdom and imprisoned Peter, then were they sentenced to 40
years in the "wilderness"? 40 x 1 Jubilee (49 years) = 1960 again! So the CHURCH rejected the Messiah and imprisoned Peter and Paul until the fullness of time. |
| For SOME the 4TH Generation means : Mercy, forgiveness, longsuffering | ||
| Exodus 34:7 7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation. |
Numbers 14:18 18 The LORD is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation. |

| 2 Kings 10:30 30 And the LORD said unto Jehu, Because thou hast done well in executing that which is right in mine eyes, and hast done unto the house of Ahab according to all that was in mine heart, thy children of the fourth generation shall sit on the throne of Israel. |
2 Kings 15:12 12 This was the word of the LORD which he spake unto Jehu, saying, Thy sons shall sit on the throne of Israel unto the fourth generation. And so it came to pass. |

Peter was imprisoned around 48 AD, Paul visited Jerusalem 2nd time 50-54 AD |

| Therefore, Peter and Paul are just like Caleb and Joshua. And WE are the fourth "church generation (490 yrs.)" from that event. | ||

So, 4th Gen.'s which category do you fall under? Hopefully, that of Kings and Mercy.

How long??? 40 yrs on an individual basis. How then do we apply 40 years to a corporate church basis? One Jubilee (49 yrs) times 40 is also 490. "One year for each day they searched out the land. "
Peter's ministry (ending in 48 AD) represents the "spying out of the promised land". They should have received the testimony of Christ , by Peter, but in 49 AD it was official, the first century church had completely rejected the testimony of Christ, and the church's sentence was pronounced on that EVIL generation.
It's sentence was forty times the life
of the testimony of Christ through Peter (49 yrs).
Multiply 40 years of probation for each year of the testimony being given
(49 yrs), and that evil generation "spying it out", and it sums up the
probation of the first century church, and its 3rd and 4th generation
children, which happily falls smack dab in the middle of Generation "X"
(1993) and Generation "Y ME" (2008).
Incidentally, Peter himself is deeply connected with the modern day church, even though through a misconception that Peter was given the keys to the church, ironically these are the very keys the first century church rejected.
This is the perfect explanation of the condition of the church today. ALIENATED by God. BLINDED by God. He REFUSED to "dwell" in their houses. "The LAST STATE of THAT man is WORSE than first"!!
Peter and Paul cleaned up that "house" but the Churches REFUSED God, so they are NOW rife with wickedness. So much so, that the Queen of the south seeks to meet them. Otherwise known, as the Great Whore Mystery Babylon. Pretty degraded state of affairs.
Some sobering dates may be obtained from this information, and they tug at my heart, knowing that we all long for this age to be over; however, I'm not setting any dates. I will take from my Pastor's example by saying that the Bible bears up these facts as the Holy Spirit feels necessary to reveal, and they must have some significance.
5 Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel.
6 And Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of them that searched the land, rent their clothes:
These guys are the exception. They get to go into the land with the "little ones". I believe they represent the righteous, elect, chosen of God because they were OBEDIENT to the Father.
Our heavenly Father speaks to this evil CONGREGATION (VS. 35) . . . your carcasses, your carcasses, your carc-asses will Fall, Fall, be wasted, and consumed.
Rev 18:2 - Note FALLEN, FALLEN, HABITATION
OF (7?) DEVILS . . .
2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is
fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and
the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
2 Thess 2:8
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume
with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his
coming:

29 Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were
numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and
upward, which have murmured against me,
30 Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I sware to
make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son
of Nun.
31 But your little ones, which ye said should be a prey, them will I bring
in, and they shall know the land which ye have despised.
32 But as for you, your carcases, they shall fall in this wilderness.
33 And your children shall wander in the wilderness forty years, and bear
your whoredoms, until your carcases be wasted in the wilderness.
34 After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, even forty
days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities, even forty
years, and ye shall know my breach of promise.

35 I the LORD have said, I will surely do it unto all this evil
CONGREGATION, that are gathered together
against me: in this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall
die.
Ever hear America described as the great wilderness? America is known as the great Christian nation, where these very congregations reside and operate in their fullness.
We might even have one "crying in the wilderness", it could be the Spirit of Elijah has been sent to consummate the end of this age, is anyone looking for that sign?
Anyone in this great big wilderness of Christendom? I haven't heard hardly a word, from those preachers on TV. They speak of only one necessity (the "altar call"), then what is all that Armour for?
I think if your preparing to fly, you wouldn't load up on the armour! We, as God's children need to be looking for a few qualifications before our precious Lord's return.
1) The Elijah ministry
2) The Great Apostasy, that man of sin
3) The two witnesses, martyrdom in the arena.
THEN the Glorious Return of our Beloved Messiah.
2 & 3 happen so fast that 1 is really our only hope for accurate warning and preparation.
"Seek and Ye shall find"
