Mt. St. Helens - 1980
Bible Study - by Joe Craig, 1985
Testimonial ▲
As a resident of Washington and a student of the Chapel, not long after
Mt. St. Helen blew I was listening to a tape (SC) in which Mt. St. Helen was
mentioned, he became real interested in this mountain.
Born 200 miles north of "here" raised on a farm. Today we would like to
share with you folks a few things that we have seen from living with the
mountain at our back door. "We" is my wife, daughter, two teenage
grandchildren, and myself.
May 18th, 8:32am, in the year 1980, mark that date May 18th, a sleeping
beauty came to life. At that time our Father gave you a promised sign in the
earth, a sign of the end of an age.
Just a few months prior to the eruption of Mt. St. Helens we began to study
with Pastor Murray and this Chapel by way of cassette. Our lives from that
day on, have never been the same, and for the better I might add. Although I
had studied Identity for 30 years, the Word came alive for the first time.
We are thankful for the efforts of every person connected with this Chapel.
After the eruption we began to see a correlation of event of Mt. St. Helens
and what we were reading in the Word. This is not to say that we were smart
enough to sit down and put everything together. Every time we tried it, we
missed the boat. Father doesn't play any favorites with us and I couldn't
count the amount of times He had to whack us on the head and turn us around.
The time and the schedule is always His. Everything we have seen on Mt. St.
Helens has been given us, but only when He is ready. Now many of you are
already aware of the events on Mt. St. Helens - you're aware of the false
summit, you are aware (hopefully) of the Spirit Lake, that sits on the north
side, and Goat Rock - so today, we are going to try to keep this current to
1985 as much as we possibly can.
First, what is a sign?
▲
A sign is information that directs us to the real object - so we must
always look beyond THE sign. Mt. St. Helens is only a large chunk of real
estate, but it at the same time it was one of God's most beautiful
creations. And our Father is using it, and He destroyed it, and made it
desolate as a promised sign to you - a sign in the earth.
Our Father wants you to see another mountain. That mountain is to be in
Jerusalem, Mt. Zion. Which will be called a 'city of truth' His Holy
mountain - Zechariah chapter 8. This too will set over the plains of
Abraham. Truth is also the meaning of the name of the sign. 'Mt. St. Helen'
meaning 'truth and light'. Jerusalem being the site of a future temple.
Ezekiel was taken to a high mountain and shown a temple.
John was taken to a high mountain and shown a temple.
Hidden Temple ▲
Today WE are going to a high mountain that is a sign, in search of a
temple that is hidden. The prophet Zephaniah, wrote; 'It may be, that in the
day of the Lord's anger, you may be hidden.'
Zephaniah 2:3 "Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which
have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye
shall be hid in the day of the LORD's anger."
In Psalms 27, it reads; 'For in the time of trouble, He shall hide me in the
secret of His tabernacle.'
Psalms 27:5 "For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his
pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me
up upon a rock."
It may be that you, having eyes to see, are hidden in a temple.
Topped with Sevens
▲
Please open your Bible to Zechariah Chapter 4.
Zechariah 4:1 "And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me,
as a man that is wakened out of his sleep,"
(Now way back when when I was first studying this [Zechariah] tape, He got
to this word "sleep" and he said that in the Greek it means "slumber and
stupor "- well right away I knew I was going places because I was already
pretty good at these (*chuckles*)
Zechariah 4:2 "And said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked,
and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and
his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon
the top thereof:"
Now we all know Pastor has made it quite clear a 'lamp is a light'. These
seven lamps and these seven pipes are the seven thousand through which the
oil of truth and light will flow in the end of an age.
Now what I would like to point out to you is, that you will notice two
sevens in that second verse. Seven lamps and seven pipes. In other words,
you have got a double sevens.
Now where are these two sevens, or where are or where is these double
sevens? ON THE TOP THEREOF. Truth and light is also on this mountain, Mt.
St. Helens and that is in it's name.
Mountain Diagram ▲
Now let's look at this mountain (draws a rough diagram of Mt. St.
Helens). Now we can scale this mountain in the hundreds of feet. 9, 677
feet. 'Mt. St. Helen's' meaning 'truth and light'. Now if we were to scale
this mountain off in hundreds of feet, we would get up about here, and we'd
run out of mountain, right?
What I want you folks to see is sitting right on top of Mt. St. Helens - is
a lonesome 77 feet. Do you all see that? Now where did it say these seven
lamps and seven pipes were sitting? Answer: ON THE TOP THEREOF. Now what is
flowing through this 77? 'Truth and light'. Now what is it flowing to? Well,
if we're looking at a mountain, and we're looking at oil, and it's flowing,
and I suspect it would be gravity flow, It's probably flowing down on
the rest of the mountain - BUT we got 9,600 feet down here. What are we
going to do with that? What are we going to do with that 9,600?
Well, what I really want you to see is this 77 feet sitting up here. Now I
hope I do not have to tell anyone in here that this 77 is 7 thousand. Now
you might think, 'why two 7's?' well you might think of those who received a
double portion. But what we want to know is, what is this 9,600?
The Key ▲
So, it came to us - and this came to us just few day, just about three
days before the temple was built - February this year. And we
were reading over in the Old Testament, and we were given a key, at least it
was a key to us. And when we saw the key, it automatically took us to this
9,600. And we had long labored with it. We knew it had a meaning, but we
could not find it on our own. There was no way we could find it.
I will multiply
▲
So - back, uh - I can't - I don't know if I've got the exact verse, but
anyway, I am sure you're all familiar with it. The LORD told Abraham, He
told Isaac, He told Jacob, He said I will multiply you.
Exodus 32:13 "Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, thy servants,
to whom thou swarest by thine own self, and saidst unto them, I will
multiply your seed as the stars of heaven, and all this land that I have
spoken of will I give unto your seed, and they shall inherit it for ever."
Now what I want you to see, is this multiplication, which is an application
of mathematics. Shortly after that we got over into the book of Numbers, and
Moses, now relate this to your day if you will please.
Take the sum / census
▲
Numbers 1:2 "Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the
children of Israel, after their families, by the house of their fathers,
with the number of their names, every male by their polls;"
Numbers 26:2 "Take the sum of all the congregation of the
children of Israel, from twenty years old and upward, throughout their
fathers' house, all that are able to go to war in Israel."
Moses and Israel were wandering 40 years in the desert, and they are about
to cross into the promised land. They are about to get a new leader, they
are about to get a Joshua (Yashuah) they are about to cross a river. You
will find that river mentioned in the book of Amos I believe in about
chapter 6.
Amos 6:14 "But, behold, I will raise up against you a nation, O house of
Israel, saith the LORD the God of hosts; and they shall afflict you from the
entering in of Hemath unto the river of the wilderness."
But for right now, the LORD was speaking to Moses, and He told him to
take a census in this 40 year period. Now we begin to see this - was the
LORD asking for another census? Because he said to Moses, take the SUM of
Israel.
Sum & Multiply
▲
Now you have the second application of mathematics. Now I want all you
folks to see this. If you take 9,600 - and what did He tell Moses? He said
take the SUM - what is the SUM of all of this? If you take, 9, and 6, and 0,
0? What is the SUM? 15. Let's take the SUM and multiply - (on chalk board
for this part)
15
x 9600
-----------
144,000
Now what I want to show you is, what is the rest of this mountain? If this
is 7,000 up here, we have 144,000 down here. (pointing on chalkboard) Now
what was on top of this mountain? 7,000 -- and the oil was flowing through
them. Where was it flowing to? To the 144,000. Can it be made any plainer?
(Well, ....that's all..... for the board now, we'll go other places
now........thank you very much....*chuckle*.)
Bring forth the Headstone
▲
The odds
▲
Now do you know the ODDS, for these two numbers to be sitting in the Mt.
St. Helen's like this? Neither my mind, or my little pocket calculator will
register that far.
Now if we think these numbers were just 'happenstance' let's look farther if
we will please. Let's pick it up in Zechariah Chapter 4, verse 7:
Zechariah 4:7 "Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt
become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with
shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it."
Now this mountain is not Mt. St. Helens, I think you all understand that. As
you know, it is a one world government - and the LORD says He is going to
flatten it (about like my billfold after paying taxes *chuckle*) a one world
government - old Jezebel is coming again. And this time, she is bringing her
husband with her. Even now she is knocking at the door - and we read of
these two in Revelation 13. Now let's continue in Zechariah 4:7:
Zechariah 4:7 "Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt
become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with
shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it."
See a Temple
▲
Picture this Headstone
▲
Now you all know what a headstone is, and we're going to see old Jezebel
and her husband booted off of a world government throne, --and anytime you
put a headstone - I want you to see a headstone on this mountain. And this
headstone is our LORD and SAVIOR. And I want you to picture this headstone
on the picture of this mountain that I just drew, and then you see a
temple. The King of kings is going to rule this world.
Zechariah’s Tomb
▲
Over in Jerusalem in the valley of Jehoshaphat (Note from Reine: The name
Jehoshaphat means "Jehovah is Judge.", the name may refer to a symbolic
"valley of decision" is the tomb
of this great prophet Zechariah. Over his tomb is a stone the shape of a
pyramid and it is half way between the Mount of Olives and the original
temple. Even that should tell us something.
Ezra’s commission
▲
Rebuild command
▲
Then there was Ezra, he was commissioned to come out of Babylon to
build a temple in Jerusalem. And Ezra was to carry much gold and silver
and Holy vessels out of Babylon to the LORD's temple.
Ezra 8:28-30 "And I said unto them, Ye are holy unto the LORD;
the vessels are holy also; and the silver and the gold are a freewill
offering unto the LORD God of your fathers.[28] Watch ye, and keep them,
until ye weigh them before the chief of the priests and the Levites, and
chief of the fathers of Israel, at Jerusalem, in the chambers of the house
of the LORD.[29]So took the priests and the Levites the weight of the
silver, and the gold, and the vessels, to bring them to Jerusalem unto the
house of our God.[30]"
Now Ezra needed someone to carry all this gold and silver and Holy vessels,
and he looked around, and he discovered that he didn't have any of the son's
of Levi in his group. So Ezra called for 'men of understanding', and he was
sent a group of Levite priests to carry all these treasures out of Babylon,
to Jerusalem.
Now the thing that we wonder is, why would Ezra have to call for anybody
when he had several hundred temple servants in this returning group? And
these temple servants were the Nethinims.
Ezra 7:7 "And there went up some of the children of Israel, and
of the priests, and the Levites, and the singers, and the porters, and the Nethinims, unto Jerusalem, in the seventh year of Artaxerxes the king."
No Levites
▲
Named by Name
▲
Nethinims - Strong's #5411 Nathiyn (naw-theen'); or Nathuwn (Ezra 8:17) (naw-thoon')
(the proper form as passive participle), from 5414; one given, i.e. (in the
plural only) the Nethinim, or Temple-servants (as given to that
duty): KJV-- Nethinims.
Now Ezra is trying to tell us something. In Ezra's time, these temple
servants had maneuvered into high places, and they became so important that
they were named by name. Now hold onto that 'named by name'.
Now of this group of Levite priests, Ezra separated 12.
Ezra is still trying to tell us something.
Hold onto 'separated'.
The Name-less
▲
2 Levite priests and 10 of their brethren. The 10 brethren are
nameless here. But who were the 10 brethren of Levi? Now think about it.
The Nethinims are named by name. But the 10 brethren who are to carry Holy
vessels to the temple are not named.
They have no identity. They are nameless to the point that they have
LOST THEIR IDENTITY. These 10.
Now in Ezra's time these 10 brethren, that Ezra wants you to see, had
migrated beyond the Caucasus Mountains, and into Europe and eventually into
the eastern shore of this great country.
Do you suppose we could look around the room today and find any of those 10
brethren? If so, then you have a pretty good idea of who is going to be
carrying Holy vessels to the House of the LORD. The 10 nameless brethren and
their 2 brother priests - ALL ISRAEL.
Now old Ezra had his problems, the elders wept when they saw his temple. In
comparison to the first temple it was counted as nothing. Ezra had
forbidden ones in his temple. 10 of the 12 tribes of Israel are not even
represented or present in Ezra's temple. The people had intermarried
with the heathen of the land, and perhaps even Ezra knew that this temple
was not to be a lasting one.
Haggai 2:1-3 "In the seventh month, in the one and twentieth day
of the month, came the word of the LORD by the prophet Haggai, saying,[1]
Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to
Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, and to the residue of the
people, saying,[2] Who is left among you that saw this house in her first
glory? and how do ye see it now? is it not in your eyes in comparison of it
as nothing?[3]
End Times Offerings
▲
96 Rams, 77 Lambs
Now at the evening sacrifice (now hold onto that --- 'end times') old
Ezra man pulled out his beard pulled out his hair and then he threw his face
down to the ground and he prayed a special prayer. I believe Ezra wanted us
to see another temple, another time, another place. I believe that he
wanted us to see the projection throughout this whole book. Now just before
the evening sacrifice, Ezra prepared a burnt offering. And there is
something hidden in this offering. You have eyes to see, so let us look and
understand. Would you please turn to the book of Ezra Chapter 8 verse 35:
Ezra 8:35 "Also the children of those that had been carried away, which were
come out of the captivity, offered burnt offerings unto the God of Israel,
twelve bullocks for all Israel, ninety and six rams, seventy and
seven lambs, twelve he goats for a sin offering: all this was a burnt
offering unto the LORD."
Ezra was a scribe of the law of Moses. And I believe his book was so
cleverly written, that it was not possible until our time to understand it.
I believe the meaning was completely hidden from the Nethinim scribes so
they could not butcher it.
Now let's read chapter 8, verse 35:
Ezra 8:35 "Also the children of those that had been carried away, which were
come out of the captivity, offered burnt offerings unto the God of Israel,
twelve bullocks for all Israel, ninety and six rams, seventy and seven
lambs, twelve he goats for a sin offering: all this was a burnt offering
unto the LORD"
Burnt Offering 1 (former)
▲
'Burnt offering' number 1 - hold onto it -
Unto the God of Israel:
12 bullocks for ALL ISRAEL. (ALL - 12 for ALL)
90 and 6 rams,
70 and 7 lambs,
and
12 he goats (ALL ISRAEL again)
And all of this was a 'burnt offering', 'burnt offering'--- second time
that's the second time 'burnt offering' is mentioned in this chapter, or
verse. A 'burnt offering unto the LORD'.
Now I want you to think of this 'burnt offering' as 'burnt offering' in
Ezra's time and the second one, in our time.
(going back to chalk board)
We're going to take a look at these animals that Ezra offered as a burnt
offering and see what we can see in it.
FIRST BURNT OFFERING (FORMER)
12 bullocks
96 rams
77 lambs
12 he goats
Okay let's see what Ezra was trying to show us. And he was trying to present
this in such a way that only you could understand it. Only you with the eyes
to see, in an end time. And there wouldn't be any way that a Nephinim scribe
could look at this and have known what he was looking at. There is no way.
Now what I want you to see is: (writing on chalkboard)
Second Burnt offering (latter)
▲
SECOND BURNT OFFERING (LATTER)
Do you see what Ezra has done? You see what Ezra gave you folks? He gave you
another burnt offering and put it right in the middle of this - Mt. St.
Helens: 9,677:
12
96
77
12
what is this? 12 is for ALL ISRAEL
what is this? 9,600 - Mt. St. Helens - it's 144,000
what is this? 77 is the 7,000
what are these animals right in the middle of this burnt sacrifice? Sheep.
Rams and lambs.
Now, All Israel, former and latter, what did he say these were? 70 and 7.
What was the 70? The 70 was the original that went down into Egypt - that
was the former. What did he say? 70 and 7. What is the 7 in the latter day?
7 thousand, original Israel.
Now, what I want to show you is, I'm going to go a little farther, and prove
this to you. (writing on chalkboard)
Free-will Offering
▲
This is the Holy vessels that Ezra was carrying to the Holy Temple.
In order that we can understand these vessels and brethren that Ezra was
speaking of, let us turn the the book of Isaiah Chapter 66.
First let me say this. What is or what was this silver and gold? Now Ezra
doesn't say that the silver and the gold was holy. If you read that very
carefully, it says that -- behold the vessels, -- that those who were
carrying the vessels -- to the temple were holy to the LORD. Now our Father
could snap His finger and get a train load of this gold and silver, so we
wonder why it would be holy to Him?
Now what was this silver and gold?
Ezra 7:16 "And all the silver and gold that thou canst find in all the
province of Babylon, with the freewill offering of the people, and of the
priests, offering willingly for the house of their God which is in
Jerusalem:"
A freewill offering of the people, all the gold and silver you can find in
the province of Babylon. Do we know a group that on their own freewill came
out of Babylon to Jerusalem where the tribes of Judah and Benjamin and a few
Levite priests? Do we know a group in Jerusalem today? Remember that
'name by name' that I told you to hang onto? Do we know a group that
hangs onto a name? They who claim to be Jews but are not? A freewill
offering of all the province of Babylon - think about it.
Sent a Sign
▲
Now in order that we understand these vessels that Ezra was carrying to
the temple please turn to Isaiah 66.
66 chapters in the book of Isaiah - 66 books in the Word, Revelation
being the 66th book. Isaiah corresponding to the book of Revelations, we
may find something revealed here in Isaiah 66. Let's pick it up in Isaiah
verse 19, the LORD is speaking:
Isaiah 66:19 "And I will set a sign among them, and I will send those that
escape of them unto the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, that draw the
bow, to Tubal, and Javan, to the isles afar off, that have not heard my
fame, neither have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the
Gentiles."
Now let's just stop here for a moment if we may. Now right here we read
"sign". This word "sign" in the Strong's Concordance as used here is the
Hebrew word #226:
'Sign' #226 'owth' (oth); probably from 225 (in the sense of appearing); a
signal (literally or figuratively), as a flag, beacon, monument, omen,
prodigy, evidence, etc.: KJV-- mark, miracle, (en-) sign, token.
A mark, a miracle, an ensign, or a monument. And I think you recall looking
at the film here tonight, you saw it, you said, it mentioned this monument.
Most of these others that we read here, need no explanation - but where
would we look to find this monument ? That IS A SIGN?
Second Witness of a Sign Sent
▲
On August the 26, 1982, Congress and the President of the United States,
set aside several thousand acres in Southwestern Washington, and dedicated
it, Mt. St. Helens National Monument. Do we still wonder where we can look
and find a sign?
Gathering like Ezra
▲
Holy Vessels
▲
Now let's continue in Isaiah Verse 20:
Isaiah 66:20 "And they shall bring all your brethren for an offering unto
the LORD out of all nations upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters,
and upon mules, and upon swift beasts, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, saith
the LORD, as the children of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into
the house of the LORD."
'And they shall bring forth all your brethren', now here's those brethren
that Ezra was trying to tell us about - a gathering of the people - 'for an
offering' - remember the offering we saw in Mount St. Helens? 'OUT OF ALL
NATIONS upon horses and in chariots, and in litters, and upon mules and upon
swift beasts', - 'to my HOLY MOUNTAIN ' Now what was Mt. St. Helens pointing
at? 'To my HOLY MOUNTAIN saith the LORD', 'As the children of ISRAEL bring
an offering in a clean vessel into the House of the LORD' There is your
vessel.
(Remember Ezra 8:28 "And I said unto them, Ye are holy unto the LORD; the
vessels are holy also; and the silver and the gold are a freewill offering
unto the LORD God of your fathers.) 'Into the House of the LORD' .
Now do you see what Ezra was trying to tell us about brethren and vessels
that were Holy to the LORD?
Isaiah 66:21 "And I will also take of them for priests and for Levites, saith the LORD."
Folks that is you.
Not one Nephinim in the bunch. Then we may wonder why seeing so many things
in Mt. St. Helens, why did Father destroy it and make this mountain
desolate? Remember Elijah?
Baal Prophets – 450
▲
He went up on Mt. Carmel with all those prophets of Baal, and those
prophets of Baal prepared this old bullock and they jumped up and down all
around it all day, and did a big dance, and ceremony and nothing ever came
of it.
I King 18:19-20 "Now therefore send, and gather to me all Israel
unto mount Carmel, and the prophets of Baal four hundred and fifty, and the
prophets of the groves four hundred, which eat at Jezebel's table. [19]So
Ahab sent unto all the children of Israel, and gathered the prophets
together unto mount Carmel.[20]
I King 18:26-29 "And they took the bullock which was given them,
and they dressed it, and called on the name of Baal from morning even until
noon, saying, O Baal, hear us. But there was no voice, nor any that
answered. And they leaped upon the altar which was made.[26] And it came to
pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god;
either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or
peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked.[27] And they cried aloud, and
cut themselves after their manner with knives and lancets, till the blood
gushed out upon them. [28] And it came to pass, when midday was past, and
they prophesied until the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice,
that there was neither voice, nor any to answer, nor any that regarded.[29]
Offering like Elijah
▲
Elijah prepared a bullock on an altar of 12 stones, ALL ISRAEL. And he
placed wood upon the altar, with a trench about, roundabout - and poured
four barrels of water (please note: the recorded tape says twelve barrels,
scripture says 4, see 1 Kings 18:33 - meaning 3 times they poured 4 barrels
i.e.12). Now this trench was big enough to hold measures of seed.
Now that seems a little bit strange to me, as an old country boy, to go out
here and dig a trench, big enough that I can pour twelve barrels of water in
it, and then stand back and look at it, and say, 'boy that 'ol thing will
sure hold about two measures of seed'.
Well, maybe farming has changed, but when I was back on the farm, you didn't
put seed in the trench. I think if we look at these twelve (four 3 x over)
barrels of water, and we look at this offering, and we look at Mt. St.
Helens, you will see two measures of seed.
I King 18:31-37 "And Elijah took twelve stones, according to the
number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, unto whom the word of the LORD
came, saying, Israel shall be thy name:[31] And with the stones he built an
altar in the name of the LORD: and he made a trench about the altar, as
great as would contain two measures of seed.[32]And he put the wood in
order, and cut the bullock in pieces, and laid him on the wood, and said,
Fill four barrels with water, and pour it on the burnt sacrifice, and on the
wood.[33]And he said, Do it the second time. And they did it the second
time. And he said, Do it the third time. And they did it the third
time.[34]And the water ran round about the altar; and he filled the trench
also with water.[35]
And then it came to pass, at the time of the evening sacrifice, that the
fire of the Lord, fell and consumed the wood and the stone, and the dust,
and it licked up the water that was in the trench. Do you folks see what
happened? Elijah prepared a sacrifice that was acceptable to the LORD. This
is exactly what happened on Mt. St. Helens.
I King 18:36-39 "And it came to pass at the time of the offering
of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near, and said, LORD
God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art
God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these
things at thy word.[36]Hear me, O LORD, hear me, that this people may know
that thou art the LORD God, and that thou hast turned their heart back
again.[37] Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice,
and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was
in the trench.[38] when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and
they said, The LORD, he is the God; the LORD, he is the God.[39]."
May the 18th, 1980. A consuming fire came down on Mt. St. Helens. Scientists
say equal to several hydrogen bombs, he destroyed the stones - 12 of them on
the mountain. It consumed the wood. Fifty five square miles of large
standing timber blown flat like toothpicks. And the dust, one and a half
cubic miles, blown out of the top of this mountain enough material,
scientists say, to equal on ton of material for every person on earth today.
And it licked up the water. A 600 acre Spirit Lake, 2 and 3 hundred feet
deep, instantly evaporated, and all that remained is a boiling bubbling mud
hole. Now if you can figure out how many billions of gallons of water that
have been in this lake, then you know how much 'Spirit' was in this eruption
cloud.
The Face ▲
Now let's take it a little farther and see how much Spirit that we can
see in the face that was in the eruption cloud. Within minutes a beautiful
face appeared in this cloud that was now 65,000 feet, 12 miles into the
atmosphere. A professional photographer in a high flying plane caught it on
camera, a beautiful Anglo Saxon, Celtic type of face, full of Spirit of you
will, and on a mountain. Do we need a second thought to know the identity of
this face. (A copy of this face is available at the Chapel, and it hangs
there).

part of our subject was going to be about here today) she said, I want you
to take this to the Chapel today and show it to the people of the Chapel. So
we brought it along. Now you folks all know what this is. You've seen many a
one of these, but I doubt you have seen one just like this one. An ordinary
carpenter plumbob. Now I would like to diagram if I may this plumbob (going
to chalkboard again).
Now, this plumbob has two actions, that is what I'd like you folks to see,
and am I going to try to diagram them on this board. This old plumbob has
two actions:
1. back and forth, like a pendulum on an old clock (and actually what we are
looking at is the law of the plumbob, the law of gravity, the law of God if
you will. The plummet is seeking the vertical) now, I would like to diagram
that on the board for you if I may.
Okay, we've got an ordinary (drawing) carpenter plumbob. We attach a line to
this plumbob, like every plumbob must have. And then we are going to fix
this line up here to a fixed point. Now if we were to diagram this action of
this plumbob. We would have something that would look like something like
this. That's a diagram of one action of a plumbob, (now up to this point,
this is pretty fascinating isn't it? *laughter*) This plumbob has a second
action, I'd like for you to see. It has another action unlike the pendulum
on the old clock. It forms a plain around a vertical, seeking the vertical.
Now we are going to try and diagram that on this board.
I want you to see that, that is a 360 degree plain on this board. Okay we're
going to do one more thing with this old plumbob. I should explain to ya
here....(need my ruler again) as this plummet swings back and forth in the
diagram, it would look something like so --- This is what I am trying to get
you to see, this plummet as it swings back and forth that is a diagram it
swings around the vertical, 360 degrees. Now we are going to do one more
thing with this plumbob.... (drawing on chalkboard) Does that remind you of
anything you have seen lately? (*laughter & clapping*)
One more diagram if I may please.....(*laughter*)
I apologize to the people (is this being recorded on tape? answer "yeah"
I apologize to these people because I don't think they are going to be able
to see what I am trying to get across here....*laughter* I'll be lucky if
you people (those present) can see it...
The Law of Gravity
▲
Okay, I have circle here, about as big as a Texas grapefruit. We're going
to call this the planet earth. Now right on top here on top of the planet
Earth, we're going to mark a spot, and we're gonna call that Northwest
Arkansas (now we haven't moved Northwest Arkansas to the North Pole) it
wouldn't make any difference where we put Northwest Arkansas, because this
plumbob is going to point to the center of the earth no matter where we put
it. We are going to set a plumbob right up here in Northwest Arkansas. And
this will always point to the center of the earth no matter where we put a
plumbob, that is the law of God, law of gravity, you know, all those
Chinamen down there are not hanging by their feet ya know....(*laughter*).
God’s Plumbob
▲
A Satellite Dish
▲
Now up here in Northwest Arkansas, we are going to set another plummet or
plumbob if you will. Now this plumbob is quite a bit bigger and quite a bit
more complicated than this old plumbob I brought with me from home. This one
up here is about 33 foot in diameter. Now with this old plumbob we're going
to set a fixed point over Arkansas, and we are going to call it a satellite,
and then we are going to connect this plumbob that sits in Northwest
Arkansas to this satellite, and we're gonna call it a line, and we're gonna
call it a transmission line.
So we got a deal that looks something like this (drawing). Now when we
connect this plumbob to this satellite with the transmission signal then
this satellite, will relay, that signal, back to the earth. And it will be
relayed back to the earth (in a manner about like this, drawing) if you can
visualize like an inverted cone, setting over the surface of the earth.
Now this plumbob like our simple plumbob, has an action - back and forth. A
360 degree plain, and I will try to diagram that out. This plumbob has an
action, about like so -- a 360 degree plain, (drawing) now if this plummet
that we sit here in Northwest Arkansas, if we call that big mama, I want you
to see how big, how really big, BIG Mama is now.
Now this arc here is controlled by this angle. In other words, if if was any
farther then it would miss the earth.
Now what we have, is Big Mama sitting over 1/3 of the earth.
A 33 foot miracle over all the earth, over all, 100 equals 1/3. I hope you
all see that.
Now sitting just outside of this Chapel is an expensive piece of equipment
and to many of you it is a transmitter, to many of you it is a dish, to many
of you it is a big mama, to many of you it is a trumpet. But is it yet
something else? That is hidden. Hidden from all eyes but yours? Now you say
it is a miracle. Indeed it is. If we could wake up a man that lived 30 or 40
years ago, I wonder what he would tell us? It would probably scare him to
death (*chuckles*).
Zerubbabel with those seven
▲
Would you please return to the book of Zechariah, Chapter 4, verse 9:
Zechariah 4:9 "The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this
house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of
hosts hath sent me unto you."
Now all of us know that "Zerubbabel" means "born in Babylon" and we were all
born there. And we know that Zerubbabel was the first high priest in Ezra's
temple after the coming out of the seventy year Babylonian captivity. Now we
are about to pin point something. Let's pick it up in verse 10.
Zechariah 4:10 "For who hath despised the day of small things? for they
shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with
those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the
whole earth."
Now if we are allowed to put a little interpretation on this. We might say,
that you all have seen the ordinary things, you have seen the common place
things, you have seen the things that happed in everyday occurrences, and
you have seen the chicken feed, and all the small potatoes, and now I am
going to put a miracle right in your hand. And we continue...
Zechariah 4:10 "For who hath despised the day of small things? for they
shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with
those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the
whole earth."
"AND THEY SHALL REJOICE, AND SHALL SEE THE PLUMMET IN THE HAND OF ZERUBBABEL
WITH THOSE SEVEN" Now if I'm reading this right, that says that if we look
in the hand of Zerubbabel, and these seven thousand, and we knowing where to
find seven thousand, we are going to find a plummet. It says "they shall see
the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with these seven thousand'. Now what
do you see that is in your hand that is building a many membered body of
Christ. What has the LORD put in your hand? What do you see when you walk
outside this building?
(Well, I've lost part of my speech, but that's alright too...*laughter*)
I don't know how it could be made any plainer. I believe that what we have
out here is a miracle. I believe the LORD has given it to us, and I believe
He has given it to us for a purpose. And I believe we have all - well I
don't know how to say this, --- Our LORD is so good to us, that I just
cannot believe it, I wonder if any of us deserve it, I really do. Our LORD
and Savior Jesus Christ, the master carpenter has given you a tool of the
trade to build a many membered body (a mellow and moving "yes and amen" from
the listeners in the background) I hope you all see that.
You have all been a wonderful audience, and thank you for putting with me.
And, until we meet again, may God bless you.
Applause.
The Hub
▲
Pastor begins speaking at mic-- Joe doesn't know what I am about to say.
Joe has no way of knowing what I am about to show you. And I think that was
fantastic the way that he brings that out from the scriptures.
In the center of this dish, is a hub. That center or hub holds the dish
together. What is the number of that hub?
Answer 153
Do you know what that is? Fishing for the fish out of the right side of the
boat.
The Ribs
▲
There is one set of ribs, which we call "main ribs" do you know how many
of those ribs there are that make up this dish? Seven of them. And it when
on and on as we put this dish together. Overlooking Nebo which means "about
to enter the promised land". Another fact - there 24 panels that make up the
complete dish (24 elders). Also, there are 7,000 square feet to our
building...(it was a roller rink, and we became instantly "holy rollers".
(*laughter*)

Question: How big was the face in ash?
Answer: The face in ash was 6,500 feet
Added Note
▲
Fig Tree 32nd Birthday
▲
Added note on the date of eruption by Joe Craig:
May 18th (18 is bondage) and 8:32 time (32 is fig tree having it's 32nd
birthday - 8 more years to go in a 40 year generation time frame). We might
think of Elijah - 8 and 32 is 40. (I had to sit up all night figuring that
out *laughter8). Elijah (now I want you to remember that face in that
mountain and I want you to correlate it)
Elijah went up
▲
Elijah went up on that mountain and he looked toward the sea, and he came
down off that mountain and he threw himself down, and he prayed a special
prayer. And then what did he do? He sent his servant up that mountain. Now
who was that servant? His servant was a watchman. Now if we can correlate
the 8 x to 8 years the 8 years being the total time, either Elijah or his
servant went up on the mountain, than that is the 40 year time frame. Now
what did this servant see after Elijah sent him up? Now don't forget this
servant is YOU. This servant and watchman is YOU. And what did he see? He
saw a cloud, that rose up out of the sea - the shape of a man's hand, that
covered the whole land.
You are the servant, what do you see? Do you see a cloud raising up out of
the sea covering the whole land? Do you see the work of a man's hand?
'Amen' from those gathered.
We thank our Father.
